Board of Directors

BRITNI COBLE is a Client Marketing Manager at Allscripts where she’s responsible for defining and executing the client engagement marketing strategy for their Electronic Health Record (EHR) solution. She previously spent 12 years at IBM, in Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, and Integrated Supply Chain. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina's MBA program, where she focused her studies on Marketing and Brand Management. She also earned her Bachelor's of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Hampton University. Britni is a member of the Triangle American Marketing Association and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of today's younger generation.

QUANTÁ HOLDEN is a the Web and Communications Specialist for the English Department at Duke University, where he is responsible for the creation and management of a diverse array of digital projects that further the department's goals and branding.

Quantá is a proud graduate of CB Aycock High School and Kenan-Flager Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he earned a BS in Business Administration and minored in Advertising. In addition to his undergraduate degree, he holds graduate certificates in Web Development from East Carolina University as well as Technology and Communication from UNC-Chapel Hill. He obtained his Masters of Arts in Technology and Communications at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

DR. MELISSA RASBERRY is a Senior Technical Assistance Consultant for the American Institutes for Research (AIR), in this role, Melissa oversees the planning and execution of numerous projects that promote digital learning and connectivity for students and educators. Prior to joining the staff at AIR, Melissa supported community and organizational networking at the Center for Teaching Quality and served as a third grade teacher and principal intern at two diverse elementary schools in Durham, NC.

While completing graduate work at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Melissa taught two courses in the school's undergraduate elementary education program (Learning and Development in the Elementary Classroom; and Culture, Society, and Teaching). Her areas of interest span the teaching continuum, from recruitment and preparation to compensation and retention. Melissa holds an Ed.D. in educational leadership from the University of North Carolina of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
